Just confirming that these notifications in Yellow about extra tokens at end of "#undef directive" are not important? Is that a std notification or some tidying of code I need to do?
My boards from PCBWAY have arrived so I cant wait to complete my 1st installation as I have many models to use this excellent project on.

No, I don't think this is the problem. Is it my DIY Arduino receiver? I recommend to use Visual Studio code instead of Arduino IDE. Your ESP32 Board is 1.0.4? Other versions are not working properly

Hi Martin and others, What is it best way using VS to create individual model files for multiple models? I wish to make multiple trucks as example and wondered using VS studio actually what is the best way to do that? It would be good if I could simply export the compiled file and store it once it is loaded to a board. In case of an emergency rebuild. I am not sure if VS can do that or not? If I was just doing the 1 truck, I wouldnt bother asking. But the project is so good I have to :-D

Use an Y-Cable between your stock battery and the stock electronics / sound controller. Then use a 7805 regulator to power both the sound controller and the receiver with 5V.

Hello Martin,

i hope you had a Merry Xmas and I wish you (and everyone else on the forum!) a very Happy New Year!

Today I sorted out my excavator! I ended up removing all the 3.3V red wires from the original servo wires going into the new Rx and powered the sound card Buck with a 6V regulator, and taking 5V from there to the ESP32! The RX then was powered from the sound card.

And now it all works!

You're welcome, Frikkie, but I think - according to the sound - your dipper and boom channels are mixed up. The Hydraulic flow sound should play while lowering the boom.

I'm using the ISO pattern in my Kabolite 336. It's easier to use and more logical in my opinion.

I am not sure if VS can do that or not?

I currently don't have a solution for that. The compiled firmware.bin file can be found in the .pio/build/esp32 folder, but I don't know, how it can be flashed to the board without re-compiling. As a workaround, you could copy the entire project for every vehicle you have.

i wish everyone a happy new year!

In time i try to find a place where i can install the ESP32 Sound & Light controller. The first place made problems with my doors, the doors are for opening and in that time they not closed ok.

I hope i will find a place without i need to deinstall the bed or other, because then i worry about stability of the cabin.

Hauptsächlich wurde das Lenk-Servo (im Busdecoder-Mode) optimiert. Dieses konnte aus verschiedenen Gründen zu langsam reagieren
